Starting Point at the entrance of the village of Val David (Laurentians, Québec), Directly located on the bank of the «Rivière du Nord»

Description of your Next Activity:

In canoe or in Kayak: the descent of the Rivière du Nord (calm section) lasts about two and a half hours. Canoeing and Kayaking are very safe activities and are accessible to all members of the family. This is an ideal occasion to live a first experience.

At the end of your descent of the river, our qualified personnel shall greet you at Lake Raymond. You can relax in shaded Picnic areas, or swim at the beach.

On bicycle: a 4.5km (3 miles), flat terrain, trip back upon the Linear Park of the P'tit Train du Nord, gets you back to your vehicle.

The whole excursion, with departures from Val-David, lasts about three hours.

There is also a shuttle service available from Lake Raymond.
One may even choose to start your circuit from Lake Raymond.
